Woke up thinking about "worry", my friend Mary shared a passage of scripture last night at biblestudy and I thought it might just speak to someone. We are living in extraordinary days and this is the truth and the hope I am choosing to cling to.
Do Not Worry
25"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? 26Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?
Mathew 6:25-26
Cling with your life to Truth and experience true freedom.
Amen! Beautiful artwork to go with it.

Great post. I always tell my kids that as long as we work hard and do our best, we can embrace peace and calmness because the rest is beyond our control ... whether it's for a test or a competition, etc. It's when we haven't done our best to prepare that worry, fear and doubt seem to enter our lives.
Thanks for a good reminder of all this. Nice seeing you at CHA and hearing that your kids are doing well.

This message was so timely for me as I just sent my son off to Iraq for the next year. I know God is in control and He has never given me any reason for doubting Him!
Beautiful message and beautiful artwork.

I was blessed to find this site today. Thank you for your lovely work. And yes, only God is in control..not man, even though certain people feel man is the only answer. Let's get back to trusting our one true creator and know That through Him all things are possible.

This is so lovely. It shows how much of the world has been comsumed by idle consumerism. We need to go back to basics and recognise ourselves and each other for the pure and simple things. Thank you, so so much!
